James Reed - Chief Executive Officer / Director
Mr. Reed, prior to joining Tricell, was previously an officer of Ace, beginning in April 2003. Prior to April 2003, Mr. Reed was the Chief Operating Officer of the Starcom One Group ("Starcom"), in which he was responsible for Starcom's successful trading operations. Prior to joining Starcom in 1999, he was the UK Sales Manager for CellStar UK. Mr. Reed has been a key individual within the mobile phone industry since 1993.

Neil Pursell - Chief Financial Officer / Director
Mr. Pursell, prior to joining Tricell, was previously an officer of Ace, beginning in May 2003. From June 2001 to May 2003, Mr. Pursell was the Chief Financial Officer of the Starcom. His responsibilities included the day-to-day management of Starcom's financial affairs. Prior to joining Starcom in May 2001, Mr. Pursell was a partner in the professional Chartered Accountancy firm Barringtons of Staffordshire, UK ("Barringtons"). Mr. Pursell joined Barringtons in November 1981 and as a partner at Barringtons. Mr. Pursell was an audit partner responsible for signing limited company audit reports, thus having the expertise to recognize and resolve weak financial & business controls. Mr. Pursell also was responsible for delivering advice and assistance on raising finance, management consultancy, strategic tax planning, and international trade. Since 1991, Mr. Pursell is a fellow of the professional UK Accountancy Body Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Melyvn Langley - Independent Chairman of the Board / Member of Audit and Compensation Committee
Mr. Langley has served as a principal in MSL Consultants from 2003 to the present. From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Langley served as the senior partner of Langley and Partners. From 1973 to 1993, Mr. Langley served as the main resident tax and insolvency partner at Sorskys. Mr. Langley is a chartered accountant.

Ian Herman - Independent Board Member / Member of Audit and Compensation Committee
Ian Herman is one of the U.K.'s most respected business executives, having headed the Department of Trade and Industry London and Southeast Development Board as Chairman for the British government, handling major inward investments into the U.K. During that time he evaluated and administered projects in diverse industries totaling more than $200 million. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive of the British World Airlines, where he took the group from losses of over $3 million to profits of over $3 million in 12 months and later raised $22 million in cash and converted nearly $25 million of debt to equity. For his contribution to his country's economic development, he was honored with the coveted "Freedom of the City of London" award.

Ray Pirtle - Independent Board Member / Member of Audit and Compensation Committee
Raymond Pirtle Jr. began an investment career in 1966 at J.C. Bradford & Company in Nashville. There he served as a registered institutional salesman, before rising to the ranks as general partner. His focus was on portfolio managers and analysts in the United Kingdom, Europe Chicago and the Mid-Atlantic. From 1989 until 2001, Pirtle was a director of Equitable Securities (SunTrust Equitable) and co-manager of institutional sales, growing the firm's revenues ten-fold during this twelve-year tenure. In 2001, along with five partners, he founded Avondale Partners - a firm dedicated to institutional research, sales, trading and investment banking, with private and public small cap corporations. Since 1985 Pirtle has been serving on the board of both public and private companies. He currently serves on the board of Premier Global Services (PGI) and a NYSE company.

John Boyd - Independent Board Member
Since August 2006, Mr. Boyd has been engaged in leading the launch of a new business in the digital entertainment field. From April 2001 to August 2006, Mr. Boyd served as president and chief executive officer of EUR Systems, a billings and revenue management company serving telecommunications service providers and MVNOs. Prior to EUR, Boyd was president and chief executive officer of Con Edison Solutions, which, during his tenure, entered the deregulated and competitive electricity and natural gas markets, growing successfully to $600.0 million. Prior to joining Con Edison Solutions, Mr. Boyd spent more than 30 years at AT&T, serving in his last role as Market Development Vice President for local telecommunications. His previous positions at AT&T included vice president - marketing, strategy, and new business development for AT&T's $2.0 billion Consumer Products division and president of AT&T Computer Systems-International. Mr. Boyd was the founding chairman of the Telecommunications Industry Association and a past governor of the Electronic Industries Association. He holds an undergraduate degree in English from Iona College and a Master's degree in Management from Pace University. Mr. Boyd also serves as chairman of the Board of Advisors of Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
